Server & OS Upkeep
- OS security patches and updates
- Control panel updates (cPanel/Plesk, if applicable)
- Basic firewall configuration and management
- Scheduled reboots when patches require them
Monitoring
- 24/7 uptime monitoring with alerting
- Resource monitoring (CPU, RAM, disk space)
- Core service monitoring (web server, database, mail)
Backups
- Scheduled server-level backups with a set retention window
- Restoration included a limited number of times per year
Security
- Scheduled malware and rootkit scanning
- Security audit and hardening at setup, with periodic re-checks
Website Updates
- Minor content updates to existing pages — adding, removing, or editing text, images, and existing content blocks
- Up to 3 update requests per month, and requests can be batched into a single ticket
- Turnaround within 2–3 business days per request
- Unused requests do not roll over to the next month
